Fruit, Honey & Yogurt
Not as much a recipe as a recommendation …
Everyone I know seems to be sick or is just getting over one of the nasty bugs that have been going around this winter. As spring arrives, our bodies could use some rejuvenation. Especially if you’ve been on antibiotics this season, it’s a great idea to replenish depleted flora with some simple healthy yogurt. I recommend White Mountain Bulgarian Yogurt with live acidophilus. I’ve also included some honey local to your area to help you get through the allergy season.
Simply combine yogurt, local honey and fresh fruit for a healthy snack anytime of day. Today I used fresh organic blueberries and pineapple with plain yogurt and a teaspoon of honey.
