Red Pepper Hummus
1 15-oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini
2-3 T olive oil
1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers
1/2 t dried basil
salt, pepper & sugar to taste
DIRECTIONS
Blend garbanzo beans, garlic, lemon juice, tahini and olive oil in food processor. Add peppers and basil and continue to blend. Season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
