Tahini/Tamari Dressing
This is a simple, healthy & delicious dressing that can be used on salads & veggies.
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup tahini
1 T nutritional yeast
1/4 cup tamari
2 T honey
1/2 t oregano
1 T mayo
salt & pepper to taste
a few T of water, as needed
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients except salt, pepper and water in a food processor. Once blended, taste and add seasonings as desired; add 1 T of water at a time to thin if dressing is too thick.
